For those who follow me on Instagram, you must already know some of my favorite brands this season. Milan Fashion Week has started, and to be quite honest, it’s one of the best, at least in my opinion.

In this post, we’re going to show you the highlights of this season, the best designs, and also the best collections, that you should keep an eye on.

Brunello Cuccinelli

Cuccinelli brought back the bourgeois style, and to be quite honest, I’m completely passionate about this style, because it’s focused on tailoring, suits, shoulder pads, and everything that is around classy and chic.

The collection is mainly focused on elegance and a variety of fabrics. The timeless collection has some references from the 90s’. You can check the whole collection here.

Alberta Ferretti

For this season, Alberta Ferreti brought back everything that we really love, daywear, classy, tailored, and a feminine collection. If you follow me on Instagram, I think you might realize that I have a more feminine and tailored style, so this collection is almost a dream coming true.

The whole collections have some 80’s inspiration, big shoulders, leather, and shirts tucked in. This collection shows confidence, strong and powerful women. You can check the full collection here.

Jil Sander

Jil Sander took the minimalism, or purity as the designers said, as inspiration for this fall collection. I’m completely amazed by the beauty of these designs, it’s clean, fresh, and contemporary. Made for daywear, still chic and modern.

Made for elegant and modern women, these designers have been catching more and more people’s attention. You can check the full collection here.

Nº 21

Celebrating his 10th anniversary, Dell’Acqua wanted to celebrate all of his ideas, all of his designs that have been made until now, but without any kind of nostalgia or designs that we have seen before on his past collections.

For his fall collection, he brought his incredible DNA mixing male/female tailoring, a pinch of bourgeois, and the sexy women. It’s an energizing collection, and full of DNA. You can check the full collection here.

Max Mara

Always chic, modern and made for the contemporary women, this collection was inspired by love and business. Ian Griffiths was inspired by the woman sitting behind her chair, in her office, dreaming about running away, and maybe, also looking for her new lover.

This is a collection that begins and ends across the seas. Also inspired by the scene from the ’80s, Griffiths brought back the chic, modern women, who’re ready for work, and also to run away with her lover. You can check the full collection here.

Giada

Giada made a full collection for the modern, chic, and contemporary women. It’s superb and classy, made for the runway, and also for the daywear, for the businesswomen.

The tailoring and the craftsmanship of this collection are impeccable, I’m completely in love and obsessed with every single design that went on the runway of Giada’s collection. You can check the full collection here.

Marni

Marni brought an artsy collection for this fall season. The beauty of this collection was impeccable and breathtaking.

The bigger, the better, and Marni did it in such a stunning way. Oversized coats, big shoulders, structured jackets, long lines, and perfect styling, matching beauty, fashion, and art. You can check the full collection here.
